An international company is looking for an office administrator with 2 or more years of experience.
About your responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the agenda of one of the directors of the company.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, reserving and preparing the room, contacting catering and sending invitations.
- Collaborate with the preparation of events for both teams.
- Welcome visitors and clients in the office.
- Support HR in the onboarding of new employees.
About your skills:
- Two or more years of experience in an office administration.
- Excellent level of English.
- Excellent level of Microsoft Office.
- You are emphatic, dynamic and able to organize different activities at the same time.
- You are a good team worker.
